Our appointment was the “Fallas” celebrations are held from 15 to 19 march and has become a big celebration considered an International Tourist Interest. During these days, whether it is day or night, Valencia never sleeps, is a 24h continuous celebration.

Our first stop was “La Ciutat de les Arts I les Ciències”. It is a great work of Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela, in this buildings, we can know about differents aspects of science, technology, nature and art.

One of the other things we didn’t want to loose was “Mascletà” which is one of the most anticipated events of Falles. Every day at 14pm burned more than 100 kg of gunpowder in the City Square. Around the square there were falles on all streets.
For lunch, we enjoyed authentic paella during “batucada” rhythm of the streets and the we ate too the typical “fartons” and “Porras” with hot chocolate.
